- For fast and safe delivery, We ship all our products via USPS or UPS
- We ship the product next day of order if the itme is in stock.
- We send you USPS tracking # as soon as we ship your product.
- For international Order, We will ship via USPS Express with insurance.
- International Customer may pay for duties according to the each countrys rule.
International Order
We do accept international credit cards. from all over the world via PayPal Only. For International Card, Please pay by Paypal. Once we receive your order, the credit verification process begins. We may use a third party verification on international credit cards due to lack of access on verification on international cards. The verification process may take few minutes to 24 hours due to time differences around the world.
If you prefer to pay via wire/bank transfer which is done bycontacting your bank and initiating a wire transfer to our account. Please email us at sales@skinmdshop.com for wire transfer instructions. You can also pay by sending us international money orders. This can take few days additional since we validate all checks before shipping our products.
The shipping charge for international order are $45.00. You do not pay us any other charges other than the price of the product on our online store ("our price") and the price of shipping.
For safe and secure delivery, We use USPS Express with proper Insurance
We do not collect duties or taxes from you. However, you may or may not have to pay import duty to your local government. Please contact your local authorities for best answers to duty and tax in your country.
In the event of refusal of packages, or the failure to delivery of the packages due to your refusal or any other reasons on the customer's end; all costs associated to the package return will be on customer's behalf.
Retun Policy
As part of our commitment to customer service, We offers a fair return policy for 21days from the purchase day.
If we sent the different items from you ordered, we gladly accept your return or exchange without any additional charge.
If you simply change your mind, We will accept your return only when item has not been opended and seal is not broken.
You will be charged for both inbound ($7-$15) and outbound of shipping.
We do not accept return if the item is used or opended.
Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of us.
If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by us, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
